Who we are

ProExterminators.com ("we," "us") is a referral service that connects people looking for pest control with independent pest control companies. We do not perform pest control services.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the pest problem you describe, and any details you add.
  • Phone calls: if you call us, the call may be routed through a call-tracking service, and your phone number, call time and call recording may be collected for quality and billing purposes. You will be told if a call is recorded where the law requires it.
  • Technical information: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through server logs and any analytics tools we use.

How we use and share it

We use your information to respond to your request. When you submit a request or call us, we share your information with up to 3 independent pest control companies that serve your area so they can contact you about your request. Those companies have their own privacy practices. We may also use your information to operate and improve this website, prevent fraud, and comply with the law.

[STATE WHETHER YOU SELL OR SHARE LEADS FOR PAYMENT, AND WITH WHAT TYPES OF COMPANIES.]

Calls and texts

If you check the consent box on our form, you agree that we and up to 3 matched providers may contact you by phone, text or email, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and you can ask any provider to stop calling you.

Your choices

To ask us to access, correct or delete your information, email [CONTACT EMAIL]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.

Data retention and security

We keep lead information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
